Mr. Galgallo is a seasoned hospitality professional with over a decade of leadership experience in luxury hotel and resort management. As the General Manager of Kigali Paramount Hotel, he brings a wealth of expertise in operational excellence, guest service, and strategic business growth.
With a strong background in food and beverage management, customer service, and property operations, Galgallo has successfully led hotel pre-openings, spearheaded brand development initiatives, and trained high-performing hospitality teams. His leadership has transformed service standards across renowned hospitality brands, including Nokras Group of Hotels, Green Hills Hotel, and Enashipai Resort and Spa.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality and Events Management from Moi University and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Hospitality and Tourism Management. His additional certifications in finance, people management, and customer service reflect his commitment to continuous professional growth and excellence.
